π₯β¨ Weβre looking for a versatile and proactive Content Creator to join our fast-growing digital agency. Youβll play a key role in crafting compelling content across platforms β not just videos, but also captions, graphics, email content, and basic funnel assets β all while tapping into the power of AI tools to streamline and scale your work.
This is a strategic and creative role: you should understand how to translate a clientβs marketing goals into engaging, on-brand content that performs.
π§ Manage 2β5 client accounts, depending on demand
π± Create content across multiple platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
βοΈ Write engaging captions and hooks aligned with platform trends and client strategy
π€ Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, OpusClip, etc.) To ideate, draft, and repurpose content
π¨ Design on-brand graphics and light motion graphics using Canva (or similar)
π¬ Suggest and edit reels and short-form videos with storytelling and strategy in mind
π§ Draft and repurpose email marketing content aligned with client campaigns
π§° Support light funnel and content asset creation (e.g., Basic sign-up or opt-in pages)
π Schedule content and manage Facebook groups as needed
π Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports using our templates
π₯ Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1s
π Stay current with social trends, audio, memes, and platform updates
π Contribute to documentation, share marketing learnings, and upskill through online courses

Youβre a great fit if you:
ποΈ Have experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
π§© Understand basic marketing strategy and how to turn it into content that converts
β‘ Know how to work smarter with AI tools for content ideation and production
βοΈ Write clear, compelling captions and copy in English
π Can juggle multiple platforms and clients without losing quality
π§ Love experimenting with formats and trends β but always tie it back to results
π¬ Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and communicate proactively
π οΈ Technical skills (required):
π» Intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
πΌοΈ Intermediate graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
π Basic knowledge of copywriting + SEO best practices (English)
π± Solid understanding of metrics and insights on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
π Bonus if you:
π’ Have agency experience or have worked with multiple clients
π₯ Understand basic funnel strategy (lead magnets, opt-ins, nurture sequences)
π Speak Spanish (not required, but a plus)
