We are seeking a highly organized, systems-thinking Content Traffic Manager & AI Agent Operator to oversee, manage, and continuously improve our multi-agent social media content system. This is not a traditional content role. You will serve as the human-in-the-loop at the center of an automated content engine, working alongside the Orchestrator Agent to ensure seamless delegation, quality execution, and ongoing improvement of every AI agent in the pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring that raw inputs - voice notes, meeting transcripts, raw footage - are correctly processed by the system, that each specialized agent is performing at its highest capability, and that the final outputs delivered to the production and editing teams are polished, strategic, and on-brand. Think of this role as the Chief of Staff for an AI-powered content operation. Your primary function is to own the performance of every specialized agent in the system. This means monitoring outputs daily, identifying failure patterns, refining prompts, and implementing workflow improvements. You will work across all 4+ AI agents in the ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing operations, combined with a genuine interest in AI tools and workflow automation. Direct experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or multi-agent systems is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills are non-negotiable. You will be managing complex, multi-step workflows with multiple human and AI stakeholders, and nothing can fall through the cracks. Strong written communication is equally essential, both for refining AI prompts with precision and for coordinating clearly with human team members such as editors, and videographers.
