Content Writing on a monthly basis

I am looking for a freelancer:

Requirements:
*Advance level of English and Spanish
*Responsible, job delivery on time, and ready to work as requested 
*Experience as a writer and passionate

Job descriptions:

I will send him or her on a regular basis few links per day; depends on the day/week, but around 3 or 4 per day. Enclosed on the links will be:

1.    Information about the property in Spanish that needs to be translates into English.
There will be around 50 words that need to be translate into English, and at the same time, to add more words in order to get a full description of around 100 words, from which up to 30 words will be a summarise description using a template that got already 15 words wrote for the summarise description section.
2.    With the Spanish property description that comes enclosed on the link, it needs to be rewriting in Spanish in a different way to look different, so there will be not plagiarism allowed. For this Spanish version 60-80 words will be enough, and not summarise description is needed. However there is also a template to fill up
3.
Downloaded the photos, between 10 and 15 enclosed on the links, and then if needed, add them with a Photoshop or similar software more light because inside photos often are too dark *the photos must looks nice
4.    Uploaded the 2 description into a website, fill up the spaces on the property website template and then uploaded the photos.
5.    Create a file named with the specific property reference used in a specific DropBox account to share with us the photos plus the property description templates.

That’s all, job done! 

Price: 2€ per property uploaded. We spend a maximum of 30 minutes to do each description with high quality writings and making the photos look nice.

Demand: between 50 and 100 property descriptions per. This is a permanent job and the number of the links can increase if the quality is good. So this could be a permanent job for you to have an extra monthly income.
