Convert 25-pages of Pdf forms to Word, using Excel to create tables for the form.

We have 25 pages of forms in PDF format that need to be converted to Word. We would like the tables to be created using Excel and for the structure of the documents to visually remain the same.

Candidates should have the necessary software and tools to execute this task.

We will expect a check-in after 3 pages are complete to ensure that we are aligned on the deliverable output.

We would expect this to be completed within a week. We are doing this for a new company and will have quite a few similar tasks over the next 3 months. We would expect to work together on future projects if everything is good.
