Converting our Soap Api-based integration to a rest-basws api.

We have a sales program that is currently connected to our finance program by a soap api based integration . As our finance program is about to stop offering access from soap-based integrations we have to convert or make a rest-based api integration to our warehouse management system - and if the price is fair we have two other am companies where we also would like to have our warehouse management system connected to their warehouse management systems - all three companies use the same WMS.

To clarify:
Solution 1: convert our current direct connection between our Sales program to our finance program from current soap-api to rest-ali

solution 2: create a rest-api connection between our sales system and our new wms system.

Note to Solution 2: if Solution 2 is chosen, The current connection between the Sales system and finance system is with this solution deleted and no longer be used, as the new WMS is already connected to our Finance program

The programmer I am looking for is fair with pricing and optimal he/she could also help with some mods to our sales program and future expansion of our sales system. This system is 100% owned by us as we have it developed from scratch using “dotNet”..  I would like a quote ASAP and hoped this issue could be solved and tested for bugs before Christmas. Currently setup: Sales system integrates with finance system by soap-api: problem: soal-api is being phased out by the finance system : note: our finance program and wms are owned by the same company, they integrate directly. Possibility: connect our sales system directly to the WMS by Rest-APi as the WMS does not support SOAP-API Task: Convert Current SOAP API integration to a REST API or build a new REST API integration between the sales system and the WMS
