We are setting up a company in Mexico, which will initially be inactive (no operations or employees). We are looking for a professional to act as the company’s Apoderado and provide basic accounting support, including:

Signing the Articles of Incorporation before a notary.

Obtaining the company’s RFC and electronic signature (e.firma).

Filing zero tax declarations (isr and iva) until operations begin.

Other initial accounting tasks as needed.

This is a short-term engagement for initial setup and compliance. After the company becomes active, this collaboration may evolve into full accounting services.
