Se requiere crear una plataforma donde usuarios externos se puedan registrar, deben de existir 3 tipos de usuarios distintos, mostrar en pantalla los registros segun los distintos tipos de usuario. Realizar solicitudes y asignarle número de ticket. Se deben de mostrar documentos en formato pdf.
