Consiste en crear una app para android e IOS, donde hay un login inicial para tener un acceso restringido a un grupos de usuarios. La APP tiene un apartado de noticias y otro de documentos, con categorías y subcategorías de noticias, las noticias se cargarían desde un sistema de backend, carga de imágenes, audios, videos y texto. Además la posibilidad de publicarlas las noticias de forma programada.
