We’re building a personal brand, and we need someone to truly own the content. Not just edit. Not just post. Own all of it: short videos, long videos, and the podcast.

What you'll do:
own the whole content engine, start to finish
plan the content calendar across every format
edit short-form (reels, tiktok, shorts) and long-form (youtube)
produce and edit the podcast
post and manage across all platforms
test ideas, track what works, then do more of it

you live and breathe content. You know what's trending before it trends.
You're a sharp editor — short clips, long videos, and audio.
You think like an owner, not a worker. You spot what's missing and fix it.
No agency experience needed. We care about raw talent and hunger, not your résumé.
You move fast and you're hungry to learn.

The deal:
remote. Work from anywhere.
Base salary: $1,200-$1,500
Commission on top: 2% of collected revenues from clients/leads that originated from content you produce.

Average order value: 30,000
Under 100k / mon = 2%
100k - 300k / mon = 4%
300k - 750k / mon = 6%
