Creative Social Media & Content Assistant for Artist Brand

We are seeking a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to support an artist and retreat brand. This role focuses on visionary art, creativity, movement, self-development, and conscious living. This is a remote, long-term creative position, not a high-pressure agency environment, valuing consistency, creativity, autonomy, and clear communication. The commitment is approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a monthly compensation range of $340–400 USD.

Responsibilities include:

*  Editing short-form vertical content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, aiming for 10–12 reels monthly. This involves adding subtitles, music, transitions, engaging hooks, and simple effects.
*  Scheduling and publishing posts, reels, and stories across social media platforms.
*  Maintaining a content calendar and organizing media folders efficiently.
*  Creating 4–6 simple carousel posts monthly, primarily utilizing Canva templates.
*  Daily story posting and reposting to maintain an active presence.
*  Performing basic community engagement, including replying to comments and messages.
*  Providing light retreat and administrative support, such as organizing inquiries, tracking participants and leads, and sending reminders or information.

Key Requirements:

*  Proven experience in editing reels and other short-form video content.
*  Demonstrated experience in managing Instagram accounts.
*  Proficiency in Canva for graphic content creation.
*  Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
*  Capacity to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Additional valuable experience includes:

*  An interest in art, spirituality, creativity, retreats, movement, or conscious lifestyle content.
*  A keen understanding of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
*  Familiarity with current Instagram and TikTok trends.
*  Experience with tools such as Notion, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

Tools that will be used in this role include iCloud, Notion, WhatsApp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CapCut/Premiere Pro.
