Our company is seeking a skilled recruiting specialist to provide comprehensive support in sourcing high-caliber candidates for hotel operations and Manager (AGM) level positions.
These roles are based in the U.S., And we require candidates currently residing in Mexico. The primary responsibilities for this project include: Candidate sourcing: Proactively identify and attract qualified professionals within the hospitality sector in Mexico. Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through various channels to generate interest in the opportunities. Resume collection: Efficiently gather and organize resumes from interested applicants. Basic screening: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet fundamental requirements. Interview coordination: Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews between candidates and our hiring team. Candidates must demonstrate fluant in English, as this is a critical requirement for the U.S.-Based roles.
Please note that our company has dedicated legal support in place to handle all visa-related matters, so the focus of this project is solely on recruiting and sourcing expertise.
We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage the initial stages of the recruitment pipeline to help us find the best talent.
