We’re Brez Marketing — a results-driven performance marketing agency that specializes in scaling e-commerce brands through Facebook Ads, creative testing, and conversion-optimized funnels. We’ve helped 100+ brands scale past 6- and 7-figures, and now we’re looking to bring on a sharp, data-minded Creative Strategist who understands how to engineer thumb-stopping creatives that convert.

You’ll be the bridge between data and creative, turning insights from ad performance into actionable content direction that guides our media buyers and editors.

Project overview

What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Analyzing performance data (hook rates, hold rates, click-throughs, CPA) to identify winning creative trends - Developing detailed creative strategies for each client (hook angles, messaging themes, formats, structure, etc.) - Writing briefs and creative outlines for graphic designers, editors, and UGC creators - Auditing client content libraries and identifying content gaps - Collaborating with media buyers to interpret ad performance and optimize ad iterations - Staying ahead of trends in the DTC and paid social space (especially Facebook/Meta & TikTok)
