Creative Video Editor for Documentary Youtube Series Intro and Long-Term Partnership

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced video editor to become a long-term partner for a new documentary-style YouTube channel. This is an opportunity to collaborate on building a recognizable brand from the ground up, focusing on compelling storytelling rather than just technical editing.

About the Series:
The series will feature documentary-style episodes telling the stories of individuals behind beloved local places such as coffee shops, barber shops, restaurants, hotels, and small businesses. The core focus is on the human element and the courage it takes to build something meaningful, aiming to inspire viewers.

First Project: Series Introduction Video
We need an engaging and authentic intro video, approximately 15-30 seconds, that sets the tone for the entire series. The concept for the intro is as follows:

1.  Setting: The video begins in an airport terminal, symbolizing a life journey.
2.  Filming: I have filmed myself in front of a green screen, pretending to be in an airport.
3.  Editing Task: The editor will replace the green screen background with a realistic, cinematic airport terminal environment.
4.  Key Element: A professionally designed departure board must be created and composited into the scene. This board should have clearly visible, correctly spelled text (no AI text errors).
    *  Left Side: Represents past journeys, displaying destinations like "New Orleans", "Texas", "California", "New York", "New Jersey", and "Iraq", all marked as "Departed".
    *  Right Side: Represents the future, displaying the show's title, "built to host", with the status "now boarding".
5.  Action: I will look at the departure board, acknowledge the "Now Boarding" status for "built to host", turn towards the camera, smile naturally, and deliver the line: "come with me... I got somebody I want you to meet."
6.  Tone: The intro should feel warm, welcoming, and authentic, seamlessly transitioning into the first episode.

Required Skills and Approach:
We are looking for a freelancer proficient in green screen compositing, motion graphics, and overall video editing. Crucially, the ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of emotion and storytelling, capable of crafting narratives that resonate with viewers beyond just applying transitions.
