Criar arquivos SWF que irão baixar fotos e textos de link na web e serão exibidos nos templates em anexo.

1) Terá que ter uma rotina no SWF que ele só irá atualizar a cada 3 horas o link;
2) Após atualizar ele deverá salvar o texto e a imagem no cache do dispositivo para carregar mais rapido da segunda vez;
3) Se o dispositivo estiver sem conexão ele continuará exibindo a notícia antiga.
