Preciso de cotação para desenvolver um sistema WEB de cotação de transporte de cargas aéreas ou marítimas.

Gostaria que fosse feito tbm um aplicativo para android nos mesmos moldes do ambiente web.

O objetivo é que o cliente faça a cotação da carga e a aprove, dando a  instrução de embarque.
