Design and 3d Model for Cosmic Garou Action Figure with One Punch Man Color Scheme

We are seeking a talented 3D artist and designer to create a detailed action figure concept and 3D model of 'Cosmic Garou'. The key requirement is to adapt the character's design to incorporate the iconic color scheme of the main hero from One Punch Man (e.g., Red, yellow, white). The project involves:

1.  Concept design and visualization of the action figure.
2.  Detailed 3D modeling of Cosmic Garou, ensuring high fidelity to the character's form while integrating the specified color palette.
3.  Texturing and rendering of the 3D model to showcase the final look.
