Design and Engineering for a Modular Mobile Pond (1,500 m³ Capacity)

We are seeking a skilled designer and engineer to develop a comprehensive design description for a mobile pond. This pond is intended to be a temporary, relocatable storage solution for oilfield operations, capable of safely containing water and other approved fluids.

The core requirement is for a modular steel structure with a flexible internal liner. The initial storage capacity target is approximately 1,500 m³, with a target diameter of about 25 meters (82 feet). The final dimensions should be determined by the designer, taking into account the required working volume, necessary freeboard, structural stability, and transportation limitations.

Structural Configuration Requirements:

*  The pond must feature a circular, modular steel-panel construction.
*  The pond wall should consist of steel panels that can be easily bolted or connected, allowing for efficient assembly and dismantling at the site.
*  The entire structure must be engineered for repeated assembly, dismantling, transportation, and subsequent re-use.
*  The design should not necessitate permanent civil foundations.
*  A suitable base arrangement is required to ensure proper load distribution and to provide protection for the internal liner.
*  The structure must be designed to withstand the hydrostatic pressure generated by the maximum operating water level.
