We are seeking an experienced developer to create a simple yet reliable AI-powered automated response system for a medical-related application. The primary goal is to build a chatbot capable of receiving and processing incoming WhatsApp messages, understanding user requests through AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), and generating appropriate automated responses based on a predefined knowledge base.

Main Requirements:
- Develop a system to receive and process incoming WhatsApp messages.
- Implement AI capabilities to automatically respond to common questions.

- Design the system to handle basic conversation context.
- Include functionality to route or flag conversations that require human assistance.

- Ensure all responses are clear, professional, and appropriate for a medical environment.

It is crucial that the chatbot does not independently diagnose patients, prescribe medication, or replace a healthcare professional. Its role is strictly to assist with specific tasks such as:
