Develop a Private Jet Empty Leg Marketplace Platform with Luxury Design

We are seeking an experienced web development team or freelancer to build a comprehensive online marketplace for private jet empty legs. The platform, Uplifting Corporation, will connect travelers seeking luxury flights at discounted rates with charter companies looking to fill empty repositioning flights.

The website will feature three distinct user types, each with its own login and dedicated functionalities:

1.  Customers: Will be able to browse and search available flights by city, date, and price. They can book flights, manage their reservations, and receive email and in-app notifications regarding purchase confirmations, delays, and schedule changes. Customers will also have the option to request date changes (with applicable fees) and subscribe to a monthly newsletter featuring curated deals.

2.  Charter Operators: Will access a dedicated portal to list empty legs, either individually or via spreadsheet uploads. They can edit or remove listings, track bookings, and monitor their sales activity. New operators will undergo a vetting period requiring manual approval for each flight listing before going live. Once an operator is trusted, their listings can be set to post automatically.

3.  Administrator: The admin panel will allow for the approval of new operators and flight listings, comprehensive customer management, and full control over all reviews. Both customers and operators can submit written reviews, photos, and videos, but all content will require administrator verification before being published. The administrator can also enable or disable any review at any time.

Design requirements emphasize a minimalist luxury, old money aesthetic, utilizing a sophisticated color palette of black, charcoal, gold, and white. The visual content will feature high-quality photography of exclusive destinations such as the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Asia, Mexico, and US ski resorts. The entire site must be fully functional in both English and Spanish.

Online payment integration will be implemented in a later development phase. The platform will utilize our existing Google Workspace for email services.
