Develop a Production-Ready Chrome Extension for Kidwatch Portal Integration

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive, production-ready, and customer-facing Chrome extension. This extension will be directly downloadable from the Monitoring page of our portal and will integrate seamlessly with the KidWatch product.

Key functionalities and requirements include:

*  **Secure Extension Distribution and Authentication**: Establish a secure method for distributing the extension, incorporating embedded authentication to ensure only authorized users can access its features.
*  **Extension Data Layer Development**: Build a robust data layer within the extension capable of fetching essential account and child-specific information from our systems.
*  **Eligibility Engine Implementation**: Introduce an eligibility engine to intelligently prevent invalid runs or actions, ensuring the extension operates correctly based on predefined criteria.
*  **YouTube Account Matching**: Implement a mechanism for accurately matching YouTube accounts to the correct child profiles, ensuring that reports are generated for the intended user.
*  **Full Report Initiation Experience**: Design and implement a complete user experience for initiating reports, including clear progress indicators and distinct completion states.
*  **Dynamic Updates**: Ensure the extension supports dynamic updates when children are added or removed from an account, without requiring a reinstallation of the extension.
*  **Navigation Shortcuts**: Integrate navigation shortcuts that provide seamless connectivity between the extension and the main KidWatch product surfaces, enhancing user flow and accessibility.
