Develop a Robust and Scalable Real Estate Crm Restful Api with Java and Spring Boot

We are seeking an experienced developer or team to build a robust and scalable Real Estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) RESTful API. This application is crucial for real estate agencies to efficiently manage their property portfolios, client relationships, and agent interactions. The API should be built using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Features & Modules required:

Property Management: Implement functionalities to create, update, filter, and track various real estate listings, including residential, commercial, and land properties. The system must support tracking property statuses such as 'Available', 'Reserved', and 'Sold'.

Client Management: Develop modules to manage potential buyers and sellers. This includes storing contact information, preferred communication methods, and specific property requirements or interests.

Interactions & Visits: Enable logging and scheduling of all client interactions, such as property visits, follow-up calls, and initial property inquiries. This module should provide a clear history of engagement.

Security & Roles (Planned for future phases): The architecture should be designed to accommodate future implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) for different user types, including agents, managers, and administrators, ensuring data security and proper access levels.
