We are seeking an experienced freelancer or team to develop a comprehensive AI-based customer support system. The primary goal is to enhance efficiency in handling customer queries and improve overall customer satisfaction. The system will leverage natural language processing (NLP) to accurately understand user questions and deliver instant, relevant responses via chat and email.
Key features required for this project include:
Automated Replies: Implement a robust module for providing instant, accurate responses to frequently asked questions and common customer inquiries.
