We are a fast-growing service company looking for a reliable, professional call agent to handle inbound calls, follow up with leads, provide quotes, and book appointments. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers
- Call back missed leads quickly
- Respond to leads via text and phone
- Provide quotes and help sell the job
- Book appointments into our system
- Follow a simple script and process
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly
- Stay responsive and follow up with leads as needed

Requirements:
- Strong English (clear speaking is very important)
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. Customers on the phone
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales
- Quiet work environment (no background noise)
- Reliable internet connection
- Available during U.S. Business hours (CST)

Bonus (Preferred but not required):
- Appointment setting or sales experience
- CRM experience
- Spanish-English bilingual
