We are seeking a skilled AI developer or team to create an automated system for responding to WhatsApp messages. The goal is to leverage artificial intelligence to understand incoming queries and generate relevant, intelligent replies, similar to a chatbot or virtual assistant.
The project involves:
- Designing and implementing an ai model capable of natural language understanding (nlu) to interpret user messages.
- Developing a system for generating contextually appropriate responses.
- Integrating the AI solution with the WhatsApp Business API or a similar messaging platform to send and receive messages programmatically.
- Establishing a knowledge base or a mechanism for training the AI with specific business information or common queries.
- Ensuring the system is scalable and robust, capable of handling a significant volume of interactions.
We are looking for a solution that can enhance customer service, streamline communication, and provide efficient support through automated responses. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ai, machine learning, natural language processing, and api integrations.
