Develop an Ai-Powered Whatsapp Automation System for Customer Support

We are seeking a skilled freelancer or team to develop an intelligent system for automating WhatsApp replies using Artificial Intelligence. The primary goal is to enhance customer support by providing instant, relevant responses to incoming messages.

Key functionalities required:

1.  Message Reception: The system must be capable of receiving and processing incoming WhatsApp messages.
2.  AI-Powered Understanding: The AI component should be able to understand customer queries and intent.
3.  Automated Responses: Provide relevant and accurate automatic responses in Indonesian.
4.  Common Question Handling: Ability to answer frequently asked questions without human intervention.
5.  Admin Escalation: Seamlessly transfer conversations to a human administrator when AI cannot resolve a query or when requested by the customer.
6.  Conversation History: Store and manage a comprehensive history of all conversations for review and analysis.

Technical Requirements:

*  Integration: The system must integrate with the WhatsApp Business API or a similar robust messaging platform.
*  Dashboard: A simple, intuitive dashboard is required for:
    *  Managing and updating the AI's knowledge base.
    *  Viewing and monitoring ongoing and past conversations.
