Development of Igadgethub: A Comprehensive Management Web Application

We are seeking an experienced web developer or team to build iGadgetHub, a comprehensive management web application for Mister Print, a company specializing in personalized gadgets. This solution aims to streamline operations by centralizing critical business data and processes. The project involves the development of several key functional modules: Master Data Management: This area will include detailed records for Company information, Client profiles, Supplier details, Article specifications, and Domain management. Operational Management: Core functionalities will cover the complete lifecycle of Orders, the creation and tracking of Quotes, the management of Article Compositions for various gadgets, and a historical archive of article compositions per client and subject. The system will also require API implementation for potential future integrations. Monitoring and Communication: A dynamic dashboard will be developed to provide an overview of orders and quotes, including processing timelines. The application will feature a robust notification and alert system, along with automated email sending capabilities for various stages of the workflow, as per Mister Print's requirements. A dedicated email address for notifications, with redirection to the application, will also be set up. The primary goal of iGadgetHub is to significantly reduce management times and ensure full traceability of every production phase. The expected delivery for this project is by December 31, 2026.
