Objective: To create a Microsoft Power App for managing miscellaneous inventory in an AV integration company. The users will be technicians picking up items for various projects, each project assigned a unique QR code. Inventory items will have barcodes.

Specific Requirements:

Ability to track usage and each user’s history within the app.

Mobile device scanning for barcodes and QR codes to register item check-outs and returns.
Linking of checked-out items to specific project QR codes for efficient project-based tracking.

Real-time connection with an Excel template that logs inventory changes.
Automated alerts in Excel for low-inventory notifications.
Additional Features:

Flexibility for future customization, such as adding reports and additional integrations.
