We are seeking a skilled professional to develop a comprehensive and professional Power BI dashboard. The primary objective is to visualize the healthiness, condition, and integrity status of static equipment within our plant/facility. This dashboard will be crucial for stakeholders to monitor equipment performance, identify potential risks, and support informed decision-making processes.

Deliverables for this project include:

Data Connection & Integration:
- Integrate existing static equipment data from various sources such as Excel, CSV, SharePoint, or SQL into Power BI.
- Establish robust data models and relationships to ensure data integrity and usability.

Dashboard Features:
- An overview page featuring summary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including total equipment count, health status percentage breakdown, and aging profile.
- Visualizations of equipment health categorized by type (e.g., Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Drums, Columns) and by mechanical handling, conveyor, granulation, bagging, railway, etc.
- A clear status breakdown for each equipment piece (Healthy, At-Risk, Critical, Under Maintenance).
- Visualizations segmented by location, service, or specific plant area.
- Trending charts will be required if historical data is available.
- Drill-through capabilities to access detailed equipment information, such as Tag Number, Last Inspection Date, Remaining Life, and Next Due Date.
- Custom filters to allow users to refine data views by Location, Equipment Type, and Health Status.

Reports:
- The ability to generate exportable reports from the dashboard in formats such as PDF and Excel, as needed.

We will provide the existing equipment list along with necessary metadata (Tag, Type, Location, Status, Health Index, etc.).

Project Timeline:
- Week 1: Requirement Confirmation and Project Kickoff.
- Week 2: Data Integration and Initial Dashboard Draft.
- Week 3: Feedback incorporation and Revisions.
- Week 4: Final Delivery and Handover of the complete Power BI dashboard.
