1. Objective
To develop a comprehensive and professional Power BI dashboard that visualizes the healthiness, condition, and integrity status of static equipment within the plant/facility. The dashboard shall assist stakeholders in monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential risks, and supporting decision-making processes.

2. Deliverables
The freelancer shall deliver the following:
Data Connection & Integration:
Integrate existing static equipment data (Excel) into Power BI.
Establish data models and relationships as required.
Dashboard Features:
Overview page with summary KPIs (Total Equipment, Health Status % breakdown, Aging profile, etc.)
Visualization of equipment health by category (e.g., Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Drums, Columns, etc.)
Visualization of equipment health by category - Mechanical Handling, conveyor, granulation, bagging, railway etc
Status breakdown (Healthy / At-Risk / Critical / Under Maintenance).
Visualization by location, service, or plant area.
Trending charts if historical data is available (optional).
Drill-through capability to view equipment details (Tag Number, Last Inspection Date, Remaining Life, Next Due).
Custom filters (Location, Equipment Type, Health Status, etc.).
Conditional formatting to highlight critical assets.

Reports:
Generate exportable reports (PDF, Excel) from the dashboard as needed.

Documentation:
Provide user documentation on how to update, maintain, and modify the dashboard.
Provide a brief walkthrough/handover session upon completion.

3. Expected Input from Client
Existing equipment list with metadata (Tag, Type, Location, Status, Health Index, etc.)
Historical data, inspection reports, or maintenance records (if available).
Definition or criteria of health status (Healthy, At-Risk, Critical).
Visual branding guidelines (if any).
Sample reports (optional) for alignment.
