We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a passion for e-Commerce marketing to join our team! You would oversee our website ManhattanHomeDesign.com and be responsible for driving increased organic traffic, leads, sales and revenue. Part of your role would be to optimize SEO, A/B testing, Conversions Rate Optimization, landing page strategy, paid search, display, retargeting, affiliate, and email. The right fit for us will be someone who is data driven, and very organized and structured with the ability to lead a small team of remote freelancers.
Growth-hack ideas and staying current with new technologies are critical for this role.

Responsibilities
Align with senior executives to understand goals & expectations, confirm those expectations, and drive others to meet those expectations.
Structure and manage small team of freelancers.
Own, design, execute, analyze & optimize the overall digital marketing strategy – including Paid Search, Social, Display, Affiliate, Email and SEO.
Create actionable reporting centered around roi, conversion rate and other marketing kpi’s.

Prioritize digital marketing initiatives, vendors and resources based on anticipated outcomes and ROI.
Lead and participate brainstorming sessions as needed with freelancers to generate creative and original ideas.
Stay up to date and current on eCommerce trends and insights.

Monitor web metrics daily and take action on any trends you observe.
Qualifications
3+ years Growth Marketing experience, with a deep understanding of web analytics, SEO, and A/B testing.
Have partnered with web developers (Basic html and css knowledge a plus!)
3+ years experience in digital marketing.

ba/bs or higher degree, ideally in marketing.
History of channel oversight, proactive endeavors and a relentless desire towards brand/company growth.
Experience with web analytics platforms (ie.
Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Deep understanding of digital analytics and attribution methodology.
Great collaborator and are excited to work with various teams to improve our marketing website’s performance.
Highly analytical.

A strong sense of design and brand and have collaborated with web designers
A sense for what works in content marketing -- you know what type of content will be effective on our websites and can collaborate with content creators to meet goals.
Determine what design and development resources are needed to deliver on web projects and manage relationships with external resources as needed.
Ability to execute, get hands dirty and have "can-do" mentality in a small business environment.
