Se requiere propuesta de diseño de masterpage, forms, user controls (iteración drowdowlist, text, jquery) con MVC, bootstrap y C# WEB, que sea responsivo en todos los dispositivos, configurado todas las cells, que el diseño sea moderno, amigable, interactivo.

Solo se pide diseño con eventos de botones (menu), no iteración con bd, usando class solo simular el guardar, eliminar, refrescar, carga de menu, aclarando sin bd, mas dudas o comentarios inbox

se requiere sea por c# 2013 o 2015, es para un tutorial.
