Dynamic Youtube Video Editor for Engaging Vlogs and Long-Form Series

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative video editor to join our team for an ongoing YouTube project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing a long series of videos, primarily focusing on 'talking head' vlogs. We require a dynamic editing style that incorporates b-rolls, graphics, and other visual elements to create an immersive and interactive viewing experience. The goal is to produce videos that deeply engage the audience and draw them into the conversation. This role demands a committed professional who can consistently deliver high-quality content for a continuous series. Experience with YouTube content creation and a portfolio demonstrating dynamic, engaging video editing are essential. We understand the footage need to deliver all the content properly for that kind of editing. We don't need viral video recipes, with a lot of tricks to engage, we're focusing on trust and veracity of the content and the immersive experience of viewer.

Will be videos with duration about 7 - 20min depending on the theme. Again, im looking for a partnership for a long-term.

I Need horizontal videos 4K 30-25fps I will deliver you raw footage in 1:1 3840x3840 4K 60fps or more depending of the way was filmed.
Will be need color grading simple.. LUT who I will provide with basic color adjustments like White Balancing, saturation, sharp and vibration... Audio balance and mix with sound design when necessary... I will provide the scope with how we need the final result match, with style, objective, core thread, scenes and everything, a proper script so can you visualize the final result before start editing. And most of assets i can for b-rolls.
