I would like to have a classified website for games/gadget, thats looks like https://usedbooks.lk/
They used the Adforest - Classified Ads Wordpress Theme.

Which include:
user profile template
social sharing
claim feature to costumers so user can report any fake ad.
bad word filter
bidding
account verification
complete messaging system

must have two types of ads simple ads and featured ads. new users can only post simple ads but to make ads featured they have to purchase membership packages
