The client, Gifts Sempre, operates an e-commerce store on Nuvemshop (Rio theme) selling sophisticated, artisanal premium gifts. Despite receiving qualified traffic from Meta Ads, the conversion rate is suboptimal. The client seeks a comprehensive professional skilled in both ux/ui design and technical implementation to enhance the store's performance. The primary objective is to significantly improve conversion by focusing on: User retention, Intuitive navigation, Streamlined purchase journey, Enhanced visual trust, Conversion rates for the Home and Product pages, Optimized visual structure for mobile devices. The goal is to transform the user experience into one that is truly premium and highly effective at driving sales. The ideal professional must possess expertise in: 1) ux/ui design for conversion: structuring a clear and engaging e-commerce home page. Creating highly persuasive Product pages. Applying effective visual hierarchy (titles, CTAs, social proof). Utilizing appropriate colors and composition for a premium brand identity. Improving the overall mobile experience. 2) Nuvemshop Implementation: Customizing the Rio theme on Nuvemshop. Creating and editing sections using basic html, css, and javascript. Adjusting layout, spacing, typography, and buttons. Integrating benefits, trust badges, and confidence blocks. Optimizing store speed. Implementing visual and structural improvements within the checkout process (as permitted by the platform). The client requires a complete solution, from initial layout design to the final implemented code. Key Deliverables: A completely redesigned Home page. A redesigned Product page (both above and below the fold). New banners and visual compositions. An impeccable mobile structure. All configurations and adjustments applied directly within the Nuvemshop platform. Performance and UX optimizations. The final output should be ready to support marketing campaigns and drive increased conversions. Freelancers are requested to include a portfolio of Nuvemshop stores (mandatory), a brief explanation of their UX + implementation approach, estimated timeline, total project value, and at least one case study demonstrating conversion improvement.
