I need a youtube video editor who knows how to work with retention editing with the right balance between fx and pauses. I'd love to create a collaborative ambiance with the editor so we work together towards creating great videos.

Project overview

I'm currently working on creating high quality footage and voiceovers for my next Youtube video. I need someone to help me with editing the video to fit the storyline while bringing and keeping retention.
