Implement 2 methods in derishell (https://github.com/R4stl1n/derishell) using v2 API https://docs.deribit.com/v2/#deribit-api-v2-0-0
a) https://docs.deribit.com/v2/#public-get_order_book
b) https://docs.deribit.com/v2/#private-buy

The methods should be similar to existing derishell implemention of v1 api already implemented.
The challenge is to connect to websocket implementation.
The condition is to reuse existing websocket implementation (https://github.com/olned/ssc2ce-python/tree/master)
The document should be provided how to query orderbook and how to do order.
