We would like to help you with this issue. Microsoft started to block sub-nets entirely. In addition, Microsoft expects that your mail server is configured correctly.
We would like you to check your mail server configuration. Please follow the steps in the link below:

Once you have configured your mail server correctly, you should use this link:

Please fill in the form and send it to Microsoft. This must be done by the owner of the mail server, and therefore, cannot be accomplished by us.

Microsoft will reply after a few hours confirming that everything is in order and further mail delivery should no longer be a problem.

Unfortunately, we do not yet know your new e-mail address, which is why we would like to ask you to register it in the menu item "Customer details" of your Contabo customer control panel at https://my.Contabo.com - otherwise we cannot attend to your request directly. Please let us explain the reasons to you in the following.

Every now and then, it does happen that we receive e-mails from third parties claiming to be one of our customers. To protect you and your sensitive data from such harmful requests, we can only accept messages from authorized e-mail addresses. In this case, "authorized" means that you have explicitly confirmed these e-mail addresses as your valid contact addresses.
The e-mail address which you have entered when you placed your first order at Contabo is authorized by default; you can use it anytime contacting us. Clicking the button "Create new contact" in the menu item "Customer details" you can register additional contacts with different e-mail addresses and specific rights ("Technician", "Abuse", "Invoice", and "Full permissions"); consequently, we would accept messages from these e-mail addresses, too. This procedure seems to be bureaucratic somehow, but it is only for your security.


Furthermore, we can provide you only with very general information since you are writing from an unknown e-mail address. From our experience only communication containing details and background information delivers satisfactory results. We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide you with such particulars as long as your e-mail address is not authorized.


Taking into consideration the two mentioned aspects, we kindly ask you to add your new e-mail address as described above. Once done, please reply to this message so that we can handle your original request.
