Experienced 2d Animator for High-Volume Youtube Channel Content

Pay: $150-200 per video (negotiable) / 15-20 minute long

We are a London-based creative studio, launching a brand-new 2D animated YouTube channel built from the ground up, going all in. Think Agent Flappy Channel style. Our goal is simple: 5M+ monthly views and content people can't stop watching.

About the Project:

Faceless 2D animated entertainment channel. We're publishing 5–6 videos per month from day one, with high production standards and a clear visual identity. This is the ground floor; we want you growing with us.


What You'll Do

● Animate 5–6 videos/month using ready-made scripts and voiceovers
● Maintain consistent pacing, style, and quality across every video
● Bring your own creative ideas to the table; we want collaborators, not just executors
● Be a long-term core member of the team


What We're Looking For

● 1+ year of 2D animation experience
● Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
● Ability to follow and maintain a defined visual style
● Creative, communicative, organised, and deadline-driven
● Ready to hit the ground running; we're looking to start within a week

Conditions

● Fully remote, flexible schedule (deadlines come first)
● Per-video pay to start  /  permanent position after 4–6 weeks
● Consistent workload with videos dropping 5–6 videos/month (1–2 per week avg.)

Bonus

Videos crossing 1M+ views earn you a performance percentage on top of your base rate.
