Experienced 3d Visualization Artist for Luxury Residential Exterior Renderings

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D visualization artist to create photorealistic exterior renderings for a custom residential project located in North Vancouver, BC. This is a significant project involving a 3-level single-family residence of approximately 560 m². The scope of work is strictly exterior visualization; no interior renderings are required.

The project will be structured into three distinct milestones to ensure a collaborative and efficient workflow:

Milestone 1: 3D Volumetric Model Development
The primary task for this milestone is to accurately build the exterior 3D model based on provided 2D AutoCAD architectural plans and elevations. The initial delivery should consist of a clean volumetric model presented through hidden-line, clay, or white-model views. This will allow for a thorough design review of the massing, proportions, openings, roof forms, and overall exterior composition. We anticipate requesting minor design adjustments during this phase before proceeding to the rendering stages. Expected delivery for this milestone is within 3 to 5 days.

Milestone 2: Materials and Render Variations Exploration
Upon approval of the volumetric model, the focus will shift to developing and applying exterior textures, materials, and color options. We will supply comprehensive reference images, including examples from other projects, existing renders, and photographs. The freelancer will be responsible for reinterpreting these references and skillfully applying them to the 3D model, generating a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 distinct material and color variations for client review.

Milestone 3: Final High-Definition Photorealistic Renderings
Following the client's approval of the preferred material and color direction, the final phase involves producing and post-producing four high-definition, photorealistic exterior renderings. The inclusion of simple exterior furniture, landscaping elements, or other site details may be required to enhance the realism and presentation quality of the final images.

The ultimate deliverables must be of exceptional quality, photorealistic, and suitable for high-level architectural client presentations.
