About this project

Open

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in ANSYS Mechanical and/or Fluent to provide crucial support for the setup and execution of thermal simulations. This role focuses on technical collaboration and establishing a robust simulation environment rather than full project outsourcing. The initial scope of work includes: - Assisting with the installation and configuration of ANSYS software on a workstation. - Helping to structure and implement an efficient and robust simulation workflow. - Defining appropriate solver settings specifically tailored for transient thermal problems. - Guiding best practices for effective meshing strategies and accurate boundary condition setup. - Providing support for running initial simulation cases and interpreting the results. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in ANSYS Mechanical and/or Fluent, with a strong background in transient thermal simulations. A clear understanding of critical simulation concepts such as convergence, mesh independence, and solver stability is essential. The ability to articulate and explain complex modeling decisions clearly will be highly valued. Please include examples of previous ANSYS thermal work and a brief description of your experience with transient heat transfer problems in your proposal.
