We are seeking an experienced Spain-based Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring Spanish nationals and Latin American professionals within the Spanish market. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the local labor market, understands regional hiring specifics, and has experience sourcing, assessing, and successfully closing candidates in Spain.
Key Requirements:
1. 2+ years of recruitment experience in Spain.
2. Proven experience hiring Spanish and/or Latin American candidates.
3. Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or native).
4. Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
5. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, local job boards, professional networks).
6. Ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience working with international teams or foreign companies entering the Spanish market will be considered a strong advantage.
