Experienced Backend & Ai/Ml Developer for Long-Term Collaboration

We are seeking a skilled Backend and ai/ml developer for a long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building robust backend systems and integrating advanced ai/ml technologies into various applications. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable backend APIs and services.
Design and implement ai/ml features and integrations, including working with llms and ai apis.
Manage and optimize databases and data processing pipelines.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Python or other relevant backend programming languages.
Solid understanding and practical experience with backend frameworks and API development.

Strong grasp of ai/ml concepts, algorithms, and development tools.
