Experienced Deskside Engineer for Onsite It Support in Colombia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deskside Engineer to provide comprehensive onsite IT support for our operations in Colombia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of technical tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations for our local team. Key responsibilities include: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users. Performing installations, configurations, and upgrades of workstations, peripherals, and software. Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Assisting with network connectivity issues and basic server support as needed. Documenting all support activities and resolutions. Maintaining IT asset inventory. We require a professional with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to support. Previous experience in a deskside support role is essential.
