Experienced Developer Needed for Responsive Web and Android Flutter App Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to create two customer-facing products simultaneously: a fully responsive website and a dedicated Android mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web development practices and mobile application development with Flutter. Website Requirements: Develop a fully responsive website using clean HTML5, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript. Ensure fast loading times and consistent styling across all device screen sizes. The code should be well-structured and easy to maintain for future updates. Android Application Requirements: Develop an Android-only mobile application using Flutter. Optimize layouts, assets, and performance specifically for the Android environment. Although Flutter is cross-platform, the current scope is limited to Android publication. Deliverables: Source-controlled website code (html, css, javascript) ready for deployment on a standard web host. Flutter project targeting the latest stable sdk, including a signed apk/aab and full source code. Maintain a consistent design language between the web and mobile platforms. Provide clearly commented code. Include a brief README file detailing build and deployment steps for both the website and the Flutter application.
