Experienced Erp / Odoo Solution Architect for Multi-Country Management System

Our growing self-storage company, operating in Italy, Spain, Hungary, and Portugal, is seeking an experienced ERP / Odoo Solution Architect. We are planning to develop our own multi-country management system based on Odoo Community, which will serve as a strategic internal asset and potentially a future SaaS product. We require strategic consulting and architecture setup from a professional with proven experience in:

- Multi-country ERP implementations.
- Understanding of local accounting processes in various countries (it, es, pt, hu).
- Designing modular and scalable architectures.
- Translating complex business processes into efficient ERP workflows.
- Defining optimal module configuration versus custom development needs.
- Supporting the selection and coordination of development teams.

Scope of Work:

- Analyze and rationalize current business processes to identify key requirements.
- Design a robust, modular, scalable, and multi-country system architecture.
- Provide expert advice on the suitability and implementation strategy for Odoo Community versus Enterprise versions.
- Help define high-level technical requirements and establish governance frameworks for the project.
- Support the choice and onboarding of external development resources.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of ERP experience, with a strong focus on Odoo Community.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-country projects.
- Familiarity with local accounting processes across multiple European countries.
- Ability to work independently from Odoo vendors.
- Possess a strategic and governance-oriented mindset.
