The project requires matching the PNG designs as closely as possible, ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The code must be clean, well-structured HTML5 and CSS3, compatible with major browsers, and written to be reusable and maintainable. Basic interactions using JavaScript should be implemented if required. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for optimizing images and overall page-loading performance.
