Experienced Frontend React Developer for Real Estate Platform with Web3 Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer to build and maintain a high-quality, production-ready frontend for the Arten SFR real estate platform. This role is crucial for delivering a fast, clean, and scalable user interface that supports our current real estate features and prepares for future expansion into crypto, wallets, and Web3 interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user-facing web application using React, implementing responsive and pixel-accurate UI based on product requirements, and integrating the frontend with various backend APIs for authentication, listings, and dashboards. Key responsibilities also include ensuring frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, translating product requirements and UX flows into clean, maintainable code, and collaborating effectively with backend engineers and the project manager on feature delivery. The role requires handling state management, api error handling, and loading states correctly, maintaining a robust frontend project structure with reusable components, and ensuring ui consistency. Participation in code reviews and frontend best-practice discussions is expected. A significant part of the mission involves preparing the frontend for future crypto integrations, including wallet UI and transaction flows. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling is essential, along with a solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management. A B2 or higher English level is required, and comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment is a must. We value attention to UI quality, performance, and clean code, as well as the ability to work independently and deliver features end-to-end. Experience with real estate platforms, fintech, or Web3 UI is a significant plus. The core tech stack includes React, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/Tailwind/modern ui frameworks for styling, rest apis and async handling for state and data, and tools like git and modern build tools (e.g., Vite).
