We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Graphic Designer to create high-converting creatives for paid advertisements and compelling visuals for physical products. This role involves designing for various platforms including product pages, listicles, and advertorials. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist and Copywriter, aiming to produce 40+ ad creatives per week.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for performance-focused visual design for paid ads and pre-landers.
- Translate marketing angles and concepts into compelling, scalable visual creatives.
- Turn market insights and audience research into high-converting designs.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on performance data.
- Respect creative frameworks, deadlines, and testing priorities.
- Proactively communicate ideas, issues, or design improvements.
- Participate in 1 weekly strategy call to plan upcoming ad tests.
- Opportunity to lead and manage a team of designers as the company scales.
Day to Day:
- Design ad creatives based on concepts and ideas provided by the team.
- Create multiple variations of visuals, formats, layouts, and styles for testing.
- Design and structure pre-landers when required (visual layout, UI, hierarchy).
- Update and organize all creatives in the provided Google Drive / Sheets.
- Implement feedback from the Creative Strategist.
- Make design adjustments based on performance feedback and test results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (Meta ads experience required).
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance design.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, conversion-focused designs.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
- Organized, responsive, and deadline-driven.
