Experienced Direct Response Copywriter for High-Converting Paid Ads & Pre-landers

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-focused Direct Response Copywriter to create compelling copy for our paid advertising campaigns and pre-landers. This role requires a strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and a proven track record of writing high-converting ad copy, particularly for Meta ads.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Develop high-converting copy for various paid ad platforms.
*  Craft persuasive pre-landers, including advertorials and listicles.
*  Collaborate closely with our creative strategist to align copy with visual assets and overall campaign strategy.
*  Translate diverse marketing angles and deep market/customer research into scalable and effective ad copy.
*  Continuously analyze performance data and iterate on copy to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
*  Adhere to established frameworks, meet deadlines, and prioritize testing initiatives.
*  Proactively contribute ideas, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.
*  Participate in weekly strategy calls to plan upcoming ad tests.

Daily Tasks Include:

*  Writing ad copy for new creative concepts provided by the team.
*  Generating multiple variations of hooks, headlines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
*  Developing and structuring pre-landers as needed.
*  Maintaining and updating all copy in a shared Google Sheet.
*  Implementing feedback from the Creative Strategist.
*  Adjusting copy based on real-time performance feedback.

Qualifications:

*  Minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising.
*  Mandatory experience with Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram).
*  Demonstrated expertise in direct response marketing.
*  Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive English copy. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable bonus.
*  Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively.
