Experienced It Programme Manager/Crm Specialist for Hubspot and Clinic System Integrations

A private dermatology clinic requires an experienced IT Programme Manager and CRM Specialist to oversee and execute a critical system integration project. The primary focus of this project is the comprehensive implementation of HubSpot CRM. Crucially, the specialist will be responsible for seamless API integration between HubSpot and our existing clinic management system, Semble. Additionally, integration with other vital business systems such as hr platforms, xero for accounting, and klaviyo for marketing automation is required. Key tasks include system setup, ensuring robust data synchronization across all platforms, and establishing efficient workflow automation to streamline clinic operations. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare or clinic environments, particularly with similar system integrations, will be highly preferred.
